These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbita mobile application ("Orbita", the "App"), provided by CTRSimpleApps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Orbita, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbita. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to use of the App on your own, you may only use Orbita with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Orbita on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

Orbita offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Orbita Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and subscription state is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management platform.
Orbita, including its design, text, graphics, features, and underlying code, is owned by CTRSimpleApps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
Orbita's content — including natal charts, horoscopes, Chinese astrology (BaZi) readings, love compatibility (synastry) readings, and tarot readings — is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for decisions relating to your health, finances, or legal matters.
Orbita is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will be accurate for your specific circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTRSimpleApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Orbita if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using Orbita at any time; note that this does not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective date" above when we make changes. Continued use of Orbita after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
